Hello,
I'm working with UCS in Stereo-seq, and I encountered an issue where the gene map is extremely large, with dimensions (21052, 20458, 26807) | (width, height, gene). This size is causing significant challenges in terms of data handling and processing. I was wondering if anyone has encountered a similar problem and could share some insights or solutions on how to address this?
Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions!

Hi! You can first pick up highly variable gene or spatial variable gene, e.g. top 2000 genes, and than cut the whole gene map into small patch, e.g. 1200 * 1200 to run UCS.
