Replacing Equipment Photos is Unintuitive

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Open equipment models page of an equipment model with a photo
2. upload a new photo
3. check the delete current photo
4. press save

Expected behavior:
It replaces the old photo with the new photo

Actual behavior:
it ends up replacing the old photo with new photo, then promptly removes it... leaving it without any photo.

Could be as easy of a fix as changing the text to "Disable Photo" or something similar.
