Hide Unavailable Equipment Items

As a user, I'd like to have the option to see only equipment I can check out for a given date range.

I'm envisioning a button in the top right corner of the page. (see image)

On the catalog page, we can hide all the models that have 0 available for the currently set date range. This gets rid of some of the clutter for items that can't be reserved, while giving the users the option to show all if they want a specific item.
