Fix fixed size PM windows

PM windows are not being shown anymore after window/screen resize.
PM windows are still visible if you scroll to the right. See image. Looks nice, right?

Also, PM windows are stuck if they're not on the chat part of the screen. Like they need to be part of the chat or else their whole lives are incomplete and you can only see a part of them, but they're never fully themselves and sometimes they're even hiding in the dark because they can't handle the pain.
