Mae backup licence or apk generator problems

Hi I had to manually reload my systems as i lost all the data in applications in backoffice,
I now cannot make any apks, the problem says

Status: failed
Message: operation aborted by callback

In the app generator from your end,
Os this because the licence ip has got confused somehow.

The problems i had with my old system was, when i tried to upgrade to 5 it ripped all the application links out, it looks me its to do with the ssh redirection on the upgrade , so.i have had to carefully build it all back up.again with v5 only,.manually.

Other problems I found were
I had to go into the radio database and ripout the /; codes at the end stream code the system puts in as it stops all the ogg and opus streams working in.the apps.

So.I need to find where i can stop that code being put in as it does nothing at all apart from stopping streams working, ?
This is urgent really as i need to upgrade all my apps,

NOTE
the above I also did on my main site too and that does make the apk ok but the radio stream /; is still a bug/ pain ?

I managed to fix the backoffice problem but the links of /; need killing off so perhaps you can advise on that problem, i also have a complaint from a blind user saying that none of the apps, are user friendly to blind people as no links work with tallback on any phones, or the links do not say what they are..
Is there no way to add hidden text under each link or button so talkback would work with each link/button
