I'm a noob at TADlib.my .cool file without DIs,how can i add this to my cool file?

Hi, thanks for your interest. After you have run hitad successfully, a DI track will be exported to a column named as "DIs" (by default) in your cool file. So the DI track is one of the output of hitad, and you don't need DIs to run hitad.
