请帮忙验证一下 #464 能否修复这个问题。需要从HA中移除风扇，重新导入一遍设备。

您好，将新的fan.py加入，移除风扇，重新导入设备后，仍然不能控制风扇。
风扇除了风速不能控制，还存在有时可以打开，有时不能打开的问题。

验证在最新版本中依然无法打开风扇 偶尔能启动 无法关闭
