Our project needs mentor(s) in order to sustain and reach the objectives. The decisions here will impact the development of healthcare applications built around this project.

Goals

Goals

• Evaluate the readiness of project to receive high-quality open-source contribution w.r.t. (a) Documentation & Code (b) Community Engagement and (c) Project Management
• Identify best practices that can be incorporated to improve Contribution Readiness Level.
• Help define functional goals for the PoC of the project, including its applications and where it fits in the healthcare ecosystem.
• Formalize a set of goals for the roadmap
• Software design, architecture, including functional aspects of the PoC and scaling the project.
• Compliance assessment against healthcare standards including but not limited to: FHIR HL7, GDPR, HIPPA and other relevant local laws.
• Actions items for usability, compatibility and integration with ABDM UHI.

Expected Outcome

• The project has acquired a collective vision
• A set of goals, objectives and definition of done is formalized for the necessary milestones
• The result of the assessment of required resources is available
• A development roadmap to achieve the goals is available for everyone to read
• Project is Beginner friendly for first-time contributors
• Achieved 2/5 criteria for Project maturity level
• Achieved 3/5 criteria for Project maturity level in the set timeframe
• Technical Architecture of the DPG is present with relevant details
• Planned use cases are listed as issues in the repository
• A channel for active communication with contributors exists on discord/slack
