Is the pipline have resume function?

Everytime I run the pipline, it wasted a lot of time to start at the begining.
If this pipline have resume function, could you tell me what is the parameter.
If not, could you add the funtion?
In addition, it is good to post the workflow plot which is the best way to know the runnning steps briefly.
