SignerListSet spec outlines a property wallet_locator on the SignerEntry object that helps identify the signer. This cannot be set in the SignerEntry today because it does not exist.

Property: wallet_locator
Type: String
Internal Type: Hash256
Description: (Optional) Arbitrary hexadecimal data. This can be used to identify the signer or for other, related purposes. (Added by the ExpandedSignerList amendment.)
