The new promotion screen has a useful scrollbar that allows players to scroll through more than 4 rows of abilities, but there is no clear indicator that tells the player that there are in fact more than 4 rows. I don't know whether a simply chevron-style icon would be sufficient or whether a button saying "More abilities" would be better.
