基于前面几个分基地的经验：

全民数字素养与技能培训基地（青少年教育示范性实践基地，闵行基础教育集团）
全民数字素养与技能培训基地（贵州分基地，贵州大学）

拟依托贵州（大数据应用）研究院、全民数字素养与技能培训基地、天工开物开源基金会三方，联合成立”贵州省数字素养与开源技能示范性实践基地）“，并基于已有工作的基础上，开展相关工作。

重点工作包括：

1、联合开发《开源软件通识》课程

2、联合开发《开源技能与项目实践》课程

3、联合开展《开源社区实习》活动
