Expected Behavior:
All PDBs in the template set has allele assigned, especially for anchor prediction using NetMHCIIpan

Current Behavior:
Some PDBs e.g. 6XP6, 7KEI still do not have allele assigned to them by checking the PANDORA Database pickle file for pMHCII

Detailed Description:
Probably it is from IMGT file.
But this allele name is important when we want to predict anchors using NetMHCIIpan

Check how many cases.
If few, we can add the allele by hand and run the precision. If not, do as the first paper and say IMGT did not provide an allele compatible with netmhcpan.
