Review and update the UI map IDs for The War Within zones

I have no way of checking which is the right map ID. Someone would have to do /rarity mapinfo ingame to verify.

Roadmap:

• Fix up the map IDs in the shared constants file (I randomly chose one from the DBC list if there were multiple)
• Make sure all TWW items have one assigned (must be an entry in the constants file)

    • The Underkeep (Ahj-Kahet).
• TBD: Delves might have separate map IDs? Should look into that before closing this issue...
