Include prerequisites on new installations #10

Sometimes on new Mac setups some prerequisites are missing or not configured. Let's check to see if these assets exist prior to calling their commands:

  • rvm - for switching ruby versions
  • bundler - for installing gems
  • heroku - For deploying remotely
