I'm not sure how to reproduce this one but I had the airspeed and altitude indicators lock up in the PDF. The other readouts, such as GS were working. The impact was to the graphical elements only. The backup system was still functioning.

This happened after setting a new waypoint on the active leg. At first the MFD had also locked up but I was able to recover that display.
