Update layout support

I noticed that with Gutenberg trunk active, the wide setting for the query loop stopped working.
The queries and group blocks need to be updated to use "layout":{"type":"default"} and "layout":{"type":"constrained"} .

This needs to be tested carefully, and issues need to be reported back upstream.

Even with this setting, I can't select wide or full of the post template , separator or pagination inside the query.
Toggling it off also does nothing, I still can't select wide or fulll on the blocks that are in the template.

Also the button is toggled on both:

• When I first open the page
• When I click the toggle once
