What problem does this address?

Inspired by this request - #29171 - to add css columns, made me think of newspaper text column layouts, and how it would be good to have an option to indent the paragraph text.

What is your proposed solution?

The paragraph block already has the Text settings > Drop cap option.
A good option would be to also include a Text indent option in the Text settings
