This change adds a new "Add item" button to the top of a Wishlist page. On mobile it is displayed centrally under the page title:

On desktop it is displayed in the top right hand corner:

This can be useful for adding a new item to a long list.

Closes #130 if accepted.

This should be localized with =lang() and should use padding rather than  .
