I often have to compare files in a folder where only one file has a minor change that must be kept. Instead of having to review all of the files in the folder, It would be great if there was a way to mark a file/folder in Winmerge with a color and/or note.
This would let the person know there is an important file that needs inspection and to be cautious/remind them of what the change is regarding.
A mockup showing the highlighted line would be a different color and a note column giving a brief bit of info to the reviewer:
