Recent Projects: Show full path / Always show list

When WinMerge has no comparison opened, there is a list of recently opened projects in the File menu.

Suggestion # 1: It would be nice to see the full path when hovering above one of the project. My project files are mostly under the same folder and they all look like this : "C:\Fold...\Edit.WinMerge" (all 8 of them). The filenames need to be the same, so it would be helpful if I could see the sub folders (the '...' part) when hovering.
[I have something like "C:\Fold\Project_One\Edit.WinMerge", "C:\Fold\Project_Two\Edit.WinMerge"...]

When a comparison is present, this list of recent projects is gone from the menu.

Suggestion # 2: When a comparison is opened, show the list under a "Recent Projects ►" menu item (like "Recent Files Or Folders ►").
