Popup window on mouse hover over mentioned username

I am opening this ticket again, we should really discuss this feature. It would be really nice addition, and I think not difficult to add. I mean something like Flarum or Xenforo has, only basic information about user (rank, post, thread, last online, contact).

For MentionMe plugin we dont have to add a lot of information, just the basic one which can be really useful to know on the first sign who os the mentioned user without the opening its profile page.
