ClearOS multi-service library doesn't handle 'some' daemons #5

In all prior instances of multi service daemons, if any individual service was not running, ClearOS reports as 'not running'.

This is different for Syncthing app, where if some are running, it should be reported as running.

The daemon app has been modified to support a new flag 'individual_running'. Update this app to use new flag.
