[Payer (Migrant) features]: View and send voucher

As user(Payer/Expatriate) I should be able to send the voucher I bought for my beneficiaries

• The system should sent minted voucher to individual beneficiary the voucher was minted for, with the code (5 digits secret code ) for the beneficiary to give to healthcare provider to redeem the voucher when beneficiary get healthcare service
• The beneficiary should be able to see available voucher (non-redeemed)
• The beneficiary should be able to browse also the history of all the redeemed voucher(transactions) by different healthcare service
