Error while Downloading Content

So i was folowing the guide from wiilink24.com/guide/wii/, everything was going fine, i eventually got to the downloading content screen/section where i had to wait for the channels to download, and after a while i got an error message saying "An exception occurred during a WebClient request", i've also added a screenshot of the full error below

of course, i already tried for 3 or 4 times already, sometimes i got the same error and sometimes the program closed while downloading the content
