我建议明确一下任务与分工，具体包括如下几个方面的工作：

文档：需求，架构，接口
开发：包括前端，后端代码实现
运维：网站部署，数据库管理，内容上传
内容：讲义文档整理，活动计划安排资料
设计：文章封面，活动海报设计，网站 LOGO 美化

然后指定具体负责的同学。
