This folder contains examples to run train and validate a nuclick and classification models. It also has notebooks to run inference over trained (monai-zoo) model.
Training these model requires data. The datasets used in the examples are from CoNSeP. Each user is responsible for checking the content of datasets and the applicable licenses and determining if suitable for the intended use.
