First engineering release Amazon

This is the first engineering release including the Amazon functionality.
The amazon is included as a binary build, taken from the metrological repository and integrated into the deplyed system. The Amazon binary is addressed via a WPEWebKitBrowser injected bunde.
This means that the Amazon application is running in th WPEWebKitBrowser AppEngine and using the injected bundle to reach the AmazonPlayer.
