txref "x"/"8" issue, need playground javascript to do right thing Decision: use short form of btcr did if output index is 0 #5
Update this code https://github.com/WebOfTrustInfo/btcr-did-tools-js
Note that btcr-did-tools-js gets browserified and copied into playground
