期望结果

一个weid服务能够支持多个应用的合约访问，应用在合约层面做区分，业务方能够访问不同应用的合约上的weid信息

设计方案（选填）

weid服务的应用加载对应的配置文件，从而在接口层调用的时候初始化不同的weid对象，访问应用的weidentity智能合约

很好的建议，希望可以一起共建这个功能，目前是为了运行得更快，默认直接加载给定的合约地址，没有给出参数接收合约地址动态实例化
