Single Point for uploading media

I think that currently we have a lot of channels to upload medias.
Several users select different types of inputs for example 1500 Tasvir, BBC, Vahid Online and others.
But they are not organized, and we miss lots of videos.

If we can have a bot in telegram, a bot in Instagram, and a web site,
Then we can do simple processing such as:

• check if the video is original (by comparing the videos in the database).
• remove faces in the video
• check if the video is related to protest (ex. not a p*rn video)
• change the voice if requested by user
• add tags, for example: city, approximate location (optional), date, time
• send it to group of volunteers to check for example, 1500 Tasvir, BBC, Vahid Online and others.
• we can add private channels for influencers. Users can select to send the messages to for example Vahid Online
• if the sender send a video and it is validated by several users, he/she will receive higher priority in the queue of incoming videos.
• notify the user if the video is validated

By this approach, we can easily create a map of protest, archive all the videos, avoid duplicate works of influencers, and announce hot videos.

It should be an opensource project, so anyone can create instance of it. So, it will resolve the trusting problem.
