Adding this issue based on thoughts from #140 from @jenna-tomkinson concerning adding a parameter to find_outliers for including "all columns" or "filtered columns". The default behavior might entail filtered columns (as-is), and when changed, opt to use something like what label_outliers provides, but filtered to only the outliers.
