Friend list does not work

Describe the bug
According to the wiki there used to be a Friend List button in top right, which is currently absent. However there is "Add Friend" command in a player's right-click menu and "/friend add" command. Neither of which seem to do anything at all

To Reproduce
Try adding a firend either with chat command or by right-clicking on it or by using the chat command.

Expected behavior
Player is added to the friend list.

• Hard to tell. Could be both.

I do not really expect it to be fixed, but removing /cli and UI for that would be nice.

The right click "Add Friend" UI will be removed. The chat CLI might stay due being more hidden to the users (and that the friend system interface still exists on the server, where this text is generated).
