WG11 alignment- Series of proposed changes emerging from WG11

• Introduce the concept of "Set-up" as a user-centric term that reflects what users do when they set up an image acquisition procedure. Example: Objective acquisition set-up (including Immersion medium and Correction Collar Position). Acquisition set-up to reflect what the user sees on the screen when they set up an acquisition routine.

• Introduce the concept of "Acquisition Mode" including the following:

• • Would it make sense to collect here information regarding DimensionOrder, Z-stack, TimeSeries etc.?
• • Introduce the concept of "Tiling" definition which in the OME model and hence in NBOQ "has to be external to the Image structure. This means that you represent the Tiled image as a collection of Image elements."

• • Introduce the concept of "Automated vs. Manual" acquisition (maybe as part of "AcquisitionSoftware"
