Justification for the addition (brief and compelling):
emerged from Camera experts focus group

Sebastian Beer: with or without hot pixel filters? What is the definition of a hot pixel (for example by how many e- should the dark signal of a hot pixel be elevated at which exposure time)?

The current field name in Camera-APE is "InitialNumberofHotPixels."
Decision: remove this field! Remember this field for detection calibration later; potentially rename it there to NrOfAbnormalPixels(Dexels)

New Field name: NrOfAbnormalPixels(dexels)

New Element/Field description: The initial number of hot pixels is the number of oversensitive dexels of this sensor chip reported upon delivery by the manufacturer.
