Thank you very much for your nice tool. At our core we mainly have confocals with adjustable emission filters. Have you got a good way to include this in the .json please? I tested importing a suitable image into the app to see if I could include it on the settings side rather than the microscope side but it looked to me me like unless I had a filter already imported I couldn't select my wavelength range (even better would be if the app could read the emission filter bandwidth from the metadata!). Sorry if this is already included and I missed it.
