The privacy manifest file PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy records the types of data collected by the app or third-party SDKs, and the required reasons APIs that the app or third-party SDKs use.

Starting May 1, 2024, apps that don’t describe their use of required reason API in their privacy manifest file will not be accepted by App Store Connect.
