Change barcodes to encode URL of Inventory item instead just S/N

It's awkward and time consuming to scan a barcoded item, copy the S/N scanned, open RDB, and paste the S/N into search in Inventory, then make another click to get to that Inventory item's page. Instead, the barcode scan should provide a URL that you can click/open that takes you directly to the page for that Inventory item.
