The CSS for the Observer UI overlay assumes a fixed height of a certain number of pixels, but on the iPad mini on portrait mode, the text on some of the buttons wraps and causes the overlay height to be greater than this fixed value.

This ends up making some buttons appear on top of Sealog even when the UI is collapsed.
