Simplify translation structure for common words

The translation structure is a bit inefficient and creates a lot of duplication.
We should create a list of common words that are reused throughout the app and translate them only once.

Eg.:

• yes
• no
• affected
• disabled
• men / women / children
• ...

We could also make the translation file more readable by using english keys instead of numbers where possible. Eg for disaster.
