I think merging this as is would be a useful improvement. However, we could make the change a bit more comprehensive - will try to get to it in the next few days.
Some of the grants that should be added:

Description
The Acknowledgment page was very outdated. This patch adds a number of recent presentations showing the growing diversity of functionality (aspects).
Caveats
Recent grants from @Daniel-Mietchen are still missing.
