Add description column to "Biological processes in which the chemical is involved" in chemical aspect. The table seems a bit empty.

Example: http://127.0.0.1:8100/chemical/Q302204

This is related to #2528

Fix #2529 normalized query for biological pathway

Removed unnecessary OPTIONAL block as labeling service sets
the ?pathwayDescription variable.

Styling change to the code: use the target variable.
