Count link on Topics panel on Wikiproject aspect is not good

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://scholia.toolforge.org/wikiproject/Q56241615#topics
Click on 'Count' value
Goes to https://scholia.toolforge.org/topics/Q56241615,Q183368

Expected behavior
A better link would be https://scholia.toolforge.org/wikiproject/Q56241615/topic/Q183368

This require a new wikiproject-topic aspect
