How are you using Treillage?

Other than testing and a few reports and utilities, we're using it for two main tasks at present.

1. Verification of our local backup copies of files. We use some heavy asyncio to pull all of our projects and then concurrently get the list of documents for each, limiting this to a certain number of projects at a time. We compare this list of documents and file sizes to our backup systems to verify that nothing is missing or having issues. We've found significant problems and discrepancies in our backups this way, and both Filevine and the vendor have been working to resolve the problems.
2. Automation of some case intake tasks. We pull proposed client information from referral partners and then, after certain checks, auto-create contacts and projects, filling in relevant fields, building the teams, etc. We also create tasks associated with these new projects. This avoids a lot of manual work and the errors that come with manual data entry.
