telegram error while copying to a stream

I just upgraded your AItool to v2.1.6 and decided to setup Telegram. The problem is that when I hit the camera action TEST in the AItool, I get an "error while copying to a stream" message from Telegram.

My telegram bot receives the AItool init cmd and sends it to my phone, so it looks like the Telegram config is ok.

Most likely a connection issue of some sort since that version has been working great with telegram for me for months

• Try disabling your Antivirus/firewall
• If running through a VPN or proxy of some sort, bypass if you can for testing
• Is that a huge image, like from a 4k camera? Maybe tell BI to use a higher compression level like 40% for testing to make the image smaller.
• Reboot router
• Run a speedtest.net and make sure you have a solid connection. The graph displayed during the test should have a pretty steady PURPLE (upload) line and be 5mbps or higher
