Purpose:

Get a quick snapshot of what's happening now, without having to wait for index and cache related info to be returned.

Usage:

Usable only from the command line -Now

Behavior:

Gets instance and database info (GetAzureSQLDBInfo.sql, GetDbInfo.sql, GetInstanceInfo.sql)
Runs spBlitzWho_NonSPLatest.sql background process
Checks for open transactions - GetOpenTransactions.sql
Gets tempdb info - GetTempDBUsageInfo.sql
Runs spBlitz_NonSPLatest.sql for 30 seconds
