Bug with one vita title

I have a bug with only one vita game, when I want to enter detail view to download the cover of this game, i can't enter this screen and vitaHex freeze, my only option is to ut the app (can't select other title, make other action or anything else).
The title is dead or alive xtreme 3 venus Asa version.
How can I fix it? (implement the cover file by myself, can fix ths bug or other solution?)
