Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Invalid parser for global.d.ts.

Expected Behavior

Correct parser for global.d.ts.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create plugin with vitnode-page code,
  2. See invalid global.d.ts parser for plugin code

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
