What problem does this feature solve?

在行表头过多时，用户希望只关注前面部分表头，以及后面的指标。

What does the proposed API look like?

frozenColCount 小于行表头数时可以生效。

基于上述能力，希望能够实现，冻结列超过屏幕宽度 60% 时，只冻结屏幕宽度 60% 的列
