Because of how the grid cloner works, we assume that rows of plants are aligned with the x or y axis. SkyDomes.jl assumes that the x axis is aligned with the North-South axis. These two assumptions are in conflict, so the user should be able to specify the orientation of the x axis and the calculations in SkyDomes should be adjusted accordingly.
